First MMJ is not forecasted to be in every state in the near future. If you read the bills that are in congress it is simply to allow States to continue doing what they are doing and for Medical MJ to be rescheduled. So NO there is NOTHING saying what you are saying. Steep Hill may not have the funds to open up a facility in every state. It called franchising out your business!! Steep Hill Halent management prefers to sell their technology and collect fees.
