Hey Olin, since they "hired" the law firm they have Reverse Split their stock 2 times, sold more than 20 billion worthless shares and lost about $7mm.
The firm is good, they are on a contingency basis, and they get 70% of any proceeds from a settlement so SFOR is not going to materially benefit even if they win. these legal proceedings are coming up on 3 years now and could stretch another 3-5 years. interesting that if SFOR was as positive as they once were about their 1 patent they would have by now filed hundreds of these lawsuits. 2 factor authentication is a multi-billion dollar business and they claim to have the 1 true patent. Meanwhile they have no customers and about $500 a day in revenue while spending $5,000 per day in expenses.
I don't think Microsoft is shaking in their boots about SFOR
