Agreed. Someone is either keeping this from passing or the FDA simply does not want another opioid drug on the market.
In all honesty, it's somewhat "gimmicky" and I know a lot of Docs would have issues letting their patients use this.
So, sales reps will not only be selling a drug and tangible product but also need to focus on behavior modification. Hospitals like to go with "well this has always worked so why change"
Could have one run left with successful clinical trials, but if they can't push the other products they will burn through their cash and need to raise money.
Dilution... Not sure if/when It will happen but I should have sold all my shares on the last run. I unfortunately kept 1/4 of total shares.
