But, Apple calls there CE device a watch. I am sure the Apple lawyers beat this to death and feel safe in their chose of nomenclature. Still, it is interesting that they stuck with the iWatch name. If they go to court claiming Swatch product is not a watch. How do they reconcile the fact they use watch in their product name. JS.....
