Tavy, believe it or not i cannot find a list of the signers! I think it would be the same as those who signed the Constitution since the Bill of Rights comprise the first 10 amendments. Originally, 12 amendments were proposed by Madison, but the first two were rejected and thus, we have the 10 left.

I even did a Google on it. Interestingly enough, there is a patients bill of rights, a media bill of rights, a childrens bill of rights, a puppy bill of rights and on and on and on. It seems everyone and everything has a bill of rights ... except me!! I'm pissed!!

I'll try to dig a little deeper tomorrow.
