Wo..this is now about the dozen post of people asking about earnings on monday...everyone is looking...but still no one can point out who when or where a release was given by management to release on monday?..the datw is still march 31 unless somebody can produce the statement?again just my take on the subject..peace.stok

Dudeness was at the meeting and he confirmed it to me by phone. Yes, Monday (or sooner if they choose), but the deadline is Monday. They could do it right now if they chose to. You can always file early but filing late requires a separate filing of intent to file late.

Times2times2 - Both Dudeness and Multiplicity (our valued board members) were at the shareholders meeting in New York City and both confirmed that Phil Anderson our new CFO said this at the meeting. I believe Multiplicity hopped a flight to Maryland directly after the meeting. Talk about dedication.

As an FYI, it was reported that both Phil Anderson and Brent Willis were present as well as ECIG 2 attorney's and about 6-8 shareholders.
