As you know one or two attendees stated there would be an accelerated earnings release per Phil at the meeting. Another board member verified this by contacting IR and asking if ECIG was on an accelerated schedule. According to this poster IR said they were filing on an accelerated schedule which would mean Monday. I've kept track of who to listen to on this board and I trust these posters as I have no reason not to yet. I'm holding my shares either way so it's not worth my effort to dig up the specific posts but this is what I've read from posters I trust. Anyone can email IR to verify if they like. It hasn't been stated in a PR or SEC filing.
