If Kyle in fact intends to satisfy point No2 as promised, he should be able to move forward on point no1 right?

By re-pay I am referring to the 35k or whatever sum is due on May 4th. If the company still doesn't have the cash to pay that note as of oh end of March then watch out.

Let me further elaborate if the company does not have any success to demonstrate on point number 1 I am a fool for holding this long.

When I underscored the importance of Kyle delivering on those particular promises, Paul (IR) chided me by saying that no company would reveal their strategy, I say bollocks, reporting progress even as a general statement(if there is any) wouldn't reveal a darn thing, other than your ability to put your money behind your mouthpiece.
