Dr. Udani is another liar, then. The fact is that the product MNZO claims to be researching is not just "a genetically modified probiotic" , it contains a live bacteria bioengineered to contain human DNA.

Both the FDA and CBER websites and the law are very clear that such products do in fact need to satisfy the regulations for non-GRAS foodstuffs and biologics.

I'm sure I don't know why they would pretend otherwise.
