Not sure your math is correct on YMB. The MOS is calculated from two different starting points. Improvement over SOC for each cohort remains the same but:


First cohort (19):

"Median overall survival in this cohort from initial GBM diagnosis is 15.1"

2nd (8)

"Median overall survival (OS) for these patients is 14.7 months from the time of surgery for first recurrence
