I think you misunderstood my post. My point is that for any big pharma to truly lend its support to a very small and, frankly, suspect biotech, it would want to see the FDA approve the INDs first before that BP would waste their time partnering with said fledgling biotech with financials that couldn't even finance a case of herpes.

ANYONE--can buy patents, then buy or create a "SHELL COMPANY" and then PRETEND LEGITIMACY!!
Heck ANYONE HERE, or a "group" of like-minded peeps can pool their money and do the aforementioned!! Ya would MAKE A KILLING!!!!
