Give me a break pumper. In Novembers newsletter Jaime was ready to do a reverse stock split. Now no mention because all you pumpers are allowing Jaime to sell his shares to the market. What kind of Gov't or Company allows another company to kick back and earn market prices on its asset without any capital contribution or risk? Especially Bolivia you fool.

Osgar your the fool. The capital contribution that franklin is supplying is techological know how that the bolivian govt don't have, generators that they have invested in to supply electricity at mining operations, operating the refineries. They are also supplying half of the diesal fuel that is refined to the bolivian govt for free. That is a smart play as far as i'm concerned by the bolivian govt. Franklin is in the drivers seat. If they play the bolivian game they will come out on top. As far as the silver play, franklin is agreeing to give some of the profits back to the miners and the city of potsi. All the bolivian govt wants is a return from their resources, the companies who will agree to that are the ones who will come out on top. The way its turning out, franklin is the 1st one in line.

Do you have any sense or understanding of what a "Joint Venture" is?? Since I need to explain... it means that FMNJ and COMIBOL will SHARE EXPENSES for the mining.

As for the OIl and Gas, FMNJ will be involved in the manufacturing of the refinery.
