Finally someone with coherent thoughts and can express it better than I can.

Again, FMNJ played this very smart. IN the StockGuru interview on March 24th, CEO Jamie stated that they needed to get a signed agreement with the government to avoid any possible future difficulties.....that is why they went for a "joint venture" with the government.

FMNJ was negotiating with the Bolivian goverment,and, making agreements that benefited BOTH Bolivia and FMNJ.

Very crucial and very smart on behalf of FMNJ.
