If that were true about TCEL A company like BB LLC would not have bought 117,000,000 That was 9.2% if the O/S at that time

And all the investors would not have conv. there Preferred shares over the last 6 month to com stock..

This will be big and the smart money bought in at the right time

The Q / Annual Report will not likely be out until 3/31/15.

So this week and likely next traded volume will be low, most will hold on to TCEL stock/
