I wish i knew more about FDA regulations to know if it would be in their jurisdiction. I might have to look into it...later
I have heard that, too, but only from posters on this board. Is there any truth to it? If so, maybe that is how they escaped the FDA.

His old coworker did state that Jon thought that KBLB would be a great opportunity for him, like it or not. That was the reason given to me.
I assume the "at will" employment is to ensure that if suddenly the silkworms die off or Jon isn't as great as Kim hoped he would be, then Jon could be terminated. I assume that Jon knows that he can live up to the high expectations and grow this company. After the one year contract is up, I would expect to see a longer, more perminant contract in place if Jon is as good as I think.
His experience in management may be "small time", but KBLB is currently a small company as AMI was when he hired on. He helped grow AMI until it was acquired by Ultra Electronics, so I am sure he has the ability to help grow KBLB just as well.
