Question for FMNJ is.....will FMNJ come out with a PR soon, or wait until the National Plan of Development is complete in a few weeks, or does FMNJ's already signed agreement with COMIBOL preclude this plan, and, therefore FMNJ is ahead of MYNG and the others ??

Look at it like COMIBOL is the Main Contractor and is hiring many subcontractors to work on seperate projects. MYNG has it's project. FMNJ has it's project. CDE has it's project. None take precidence over the other...
