Interesting news......

Check out MYNG todays PR news relating to their mining in Bolivia.

They have a gold and copper mine in Bolivia, and, are looking to start mining at the end of June.

Their PR, out this morning at 9:29 AM, states that they received positive confirmation from the Bolivian Minitsry of Mines that there will be no nationlization of any privare minig properties or assets.

ON this news, MYNG was already +28% .

The only question, is that the Ministry of Mines states that this "National Plan of Development" will be finalized and announced within the next several weeks to (1) strengthen COMIBOL, (2) increase selected taxes on mineral sales, and (3) modifying the Bolivian Mining Code.

The PR further says that the Ministry of Mines is meeting with MYNG and discussing their mines and considering the advise of the private mining sector.

Question for FMNJ is.....will FMNJ come out with a PR soon, or wait until the National Plan of Development is complete in a few weeks, or does FMNJ's already signed agreement with COMIBOL preclude this plan, and, therefore FMNJ is ahead of MYNG and the others ??
