I said that a few days ago. He made the sunworks deal when the price was pretty low too. What's more attractive? $3/share with a potential upside to $8.88 or $8/share with a potential upside to $8.88?

JN didn't bring SLTD down the shareholders did.

The ones that got out before the funding and uplist news won the prize. They could repurchase their shares at a discount $4.15 and get a warrant to boot with the public offer. Or If they were out above $6.00 they buy back shares at $3.00 and have double the shares from the day or 2 before. Even if you sold at between 3 or $3.50 you get a little less shares at $4.15 but you still have the warrant for 1 more share. in 5 years could be worth who knows how much. $10, $20, $50 bucks.

That's what brought the price down. GREED
