Rethinking Jim's motive of bringing the pps down... Maybe Jim didn't want the pps to take off yet to use cheap shares to negotiate an acquisition, saying that these shares will be worth more after we announce acquisition? He must have already been in talks with another company to need that $12M cash ASAP.
