The problem is the company lied...again. The fins are not currently being audited, it was a lie. A question posed to IR about who was doing the auditing was met with, "we don't want to release the name because we don't want them bothered with calls" That is not how a public company responds, ever.
On the flubbed conference call the new CEO said, "audits will be done when we have the money"
If NTEK were doing audits they would be ecstatic about announcing it as it would provide them the one thing they are completely devoid of..
