Directly from the Conference Call:

Fiscal planning and audits. Audits is a major concern of our shareholders. I feel the same way. We will hire a controller shortly. And we have engaged an audit team to audit all our financials. Our goal is to hire a CFO when we are financially fit to do so.

Notice how he said engaged... In at least 2 PRs they stated they were being audited until the supposed auditor came right out and said no audits were ever taking place... With the way NTEK spins things, engaged probably just means they did a google search and clicked the contact me section on an auditors website.

So sad. Don't really have words for the disconnect they have and trust that has been lost. I wouldn't put good money in this. It's trying to catch a falling nice. Too much bad sentiment out there. They screwed us big time. Pray that they turn this thing around. Been told for about a year that the audits were just around the corner from IR. I am no accountant but you must be using the slowest and worst accounting firm in the world if it takes that long. Be real here. I feel betrayed by this company. I do not own shares but I had been invested in this for over two years. Will always watch this thing and hope that it turns around. I will gladly pay more rather when I know for sure they are being truthful then risk being stabbed again in the back by NTEK management. Good luck to all with shares.
