Wize, 'wishful idiots?' Rather harsh, don't you think? Remember that the rain falls on the just and on the unjust, or in your case, the wise and the unwise. If there is pain to be felt (and it is the stock market, after all) the misery will likely be shared around. Beyond the useful heuristics of TA and seasonality, the only thing you can truly count on is that things will change. For the better? For the worse? Possibly. But don't be too hard on those who don't subscribe to your own personal brand of investment strategy. As far as wishful thinking...I'd prefer be cautiously optimistic, based on FA and our spectacular lineup of cast and crew. JMO....
