No because I know him!..I also know another one with 3 1/2 Million shares that had to call/write/and screech and hollered for 4 months to get his!!...Why did E trade sit on Boxes of them???..

Now let me ask you smart folks in here one question?

Why does it take 4 months to get certs from a broker!!

You can close on a multimillion dollars SBA loan quicker than that!!
