Escrow funds will be dispersed as assets are sold. It will be the gift that keeps on giving, so to speak. There may be an initial sum, which could be substantial, and then over a period of months/years money will flow into escrow accounts, so no the markers will not disappear. This all of course assuming we win...

I'm 95% certain, but the 5% negative includes the corruption of our current government/FDIC, as well as the world situation.

If all goes by the book, the FDIC is compelled to return assets, both liquid and illiquid.

I find it peculiar that escrow shares are held as Fixed Income (bonds, MBs,) rather than in my Cash or Equities accounts.

Quite peculiar indeed......
