Maybe its time for Proto to Hype the Prototype. Other than my sarcasm, echmmmmm,... cheerful mirth, I got NO Constructive comment at this time.

Maybe goals, timelines, incentives, disincentives, ... Kinda like most jobs and the performance expectations that come with them.
Maybe I'm just old school, though I wonder how long Tom would have lasted in his Rear Admiral position performing as he has at LWLG. Guess he's better here than there - can't do as much damage.
