That challenge has been already answered. Why would Richard Weitzel take this to the very end if he nows it's a loss. Why would RW spend time and money to just lose, he Must have something up his sleeve otherwise this case would've been over months ago..

That makes it even worse when you remind people that this has been going on for 8yrs in one way or another. After 8yrs and this is all Evermedia presented shareholders with?? This is Pathetic!!

Simple.As i have laid out since the trial.EVRM will lose the case.But even if they win the outcome will still be the same with the exception of the amount of money that was supposidly "stolen".

The company (EVRM) will be left with nothing but a ten+year handheld biometrics devise that to-date has not yielded one install anywhere.

The whole reason for Sym'ssss to aquire STS was because he knew he had nothing on his own with EVRM(no contracts) as he did with his former company.

Now once the court case is settled,either way it goes (money wise),STS will be given back to Dick,and EVRM will be left with....well what they had before STS ...nothing.

And with Dick no longer with the company,will EVRM lose it's disabled designation? Not that it mattered anyway,i mean all those billions they were to get with the disabled status has not worked out too well with it.

Btw the past means eveything here.The i-box shows what the past,as well as the PRESENT represents in regards to what Sym'ssss is all about.

It has shown deceit,lies,and an entire i-box of what will never come to fruition,as did THE PAST.

Imagine what the company would look like without that "80-100" million dollar company?
