This is great info and it certainly makes me feel better. I can't bear to even look at my portfolio at the moment. I am down (2) model S P85D's with all options. Never in my imagination did I see this coming and I give credit to a few here now that did to some extent for which we were not very nice. I think this board has more friendships today than 2 weeks ago.

Oof...certainly not great news for the short term. Entering or averaging down in the mid to low 2s could be a good thing in the long run though.

He said everyone on his floor is actually shorting right now and he even is personally short on us.

On the NASDAQ, does the practice of placing your shares for sale @ $100/Sh act as a block for others wanting to borrow your shares for shorting? Should we here be doing this?

Those posters had no clue that the floor would respond by shorting for reasons unrelated to the financial health or management of the company. So the
warnings given this far are/were still just moronic blather to me. These posters latched onto this specific event so they can beat their chest and rub other posters noses into it. Kinda sad for it lit a fire under all the "I am a victim" cry baby's we have around here. Lots of posters need to man up around here tho I am certain that is nothing more than a pipe dream.

If there is any validity to the story, it will suck for the stock price short term. With the small float, I hope some bit of news is released by JN which brings in a bunch of new buyers to force MS to cover. In my view, it was reckless for the MS guy to state this. Could even be construed as a way to manipulate the PPS.

As for the re-pricing of the 2ndary, what is SLTD going to issue a refund to Cowen? Something sounds fishy.

You sure come up with the info. I believe if I leave now and come back in two years, I would be shocked at the price. I'm not only leaving my shares, I'm doubling down at these prices. At worst, this will get back to 4-5 short.

The deal is already done and the 8k has been filed with the amount @ 4.15 minus fees. You cannot re-price a completed transaction. PLUG did their 2nd shelf at 5.50 and it immediately dropped like a rock and has not recovered. They did not go running to reduce the amount of the offering to the buyers. This would be foolish. Plus if it did happen, your friend would stand to go to prison for securities fraud for even mentioning it being that he works for a broker. Not calling him a liar, but maybe a little bragging going on...
