Ok I'm sure this post will get picked apart and I'm sure a lot of folks on here won't even believe me. But anyone who has been following this board for a while knows I've never made a post like this and if you haven't been here long you can view my posting history and see I don't make things up. So here's the deal....

A guy in the office I work at has been waiting for a good entry point into this stock and we talk about it often. With what's happened in the past few days he decided that he wants to throw some money in. Before he made up his mind though, he called a friend of his that works at Morgan Stanley in NY to ask him about it. I was sitting here as he left a voice mail for the guy and what he reported back is pretty exciting in my opinion. There is good news and bad news though.

Bad news: Morgan Stanley is shorting right now. He said everyone on his floor is actually shorting right now and he even is personally short on us. They got shares while we were still on the OTC and plan on covering at $2.50. They expect the Units offered to be repriced at $2.30 for institutions. All of that stuff confuses me to be honest but that's what the guy said.

Good news: Everyone (big institutions) knows about us and the guy said this could be a gold mine. He knew all about Jim and they said they think he's a great CEO. He said that they think there will be 3 acquisitions this year and that if any news comes out the shorts will cover and this will sky rocket. They currently have us rated as a hold but again that could change to a buy with any more news. They've done thier research and can't find anything bad about the company and usually when a company hits the nasdaq all of the skeletons come out of the closet. So far they see nothing bad about the company. My friend told him how long I've been invested and he said he wouldn't sell if he was me. He expects us to be trading along with other similar solar companies in the near future.

So there it is. My co-worker isn't a liar and has been telling me to start taking profit for a while so he wouldn't make this up. He will be making an entry here soon.
