Yes.. And there were some posters here 'pumping' the PIers over everything else... Couldn't tell whether they were PAID Shills for the HFs or that they honestly believed that PIERS would get everything at the expense of Preferreds & Commons.. But Thank god, I was going by my own DD and didn't fall for that.. My Only regret now is that at one point I had 300K+ Commons but scaled back substantially and increased my Prefferds .. don't know whether that was a good move. I may have overdone sellingthose Commons .. should have scaled back to 100K or soemthing like that.. anyways , there was too much brainstormin those days.. I think no one was thinking straight...including the HFs!!!
