So what you're saying is that Abrams searches for credible businesses with a unique selling proposition - usp as they say. I bet someone does a lot of the leg work for him and he then decides based on their report! lol
The important thing is this - he liked what he found, no doubt had meeting with the management too - and then decided to help them get their product to market!
