I've always said that "someone" or "some-many" intentionally derailed PRPM using connections at FINRA or DTCC. The GL imposed on PRPM had nothing to do Vakser or Luther. It ALL has to do with the Delaney Equity Group and their dubious share dealings with ex-PRPM owners.

Luther is trying to repair that...JMHO

Then luther must believe they are coming after him personally for him to think that's the reason of the global lock... but to stop day to day business activities because of a global lock is Ludacris... how can a company survive on a complete shut down for one year ?...they would have filed for bankruptcy by now.

I believe Luther is stalling all around to buy time because his boss Eddie Vakser needs to print lots of SUTI shares for cash. Who cares what Luther believes? He is not paid to think.

Suspect? Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black: Luther is accusing the DTC of being shady with "him." Gotta LOL at that one.
