lol. If crook Vakser & secretary Jeffries did their homework properly, the DTC issue would have never occurred because Vakser would have not bought the PRPM shell. He just grabbed it, printed and then said "ut oh" after he took everyone's money printing paper. Vakser & Jeffries are 100% to blame for that global lock: 2 incompetent morons

I've always said that "someone" or "some-many" intentionally derailed PRPM using connections at FINRA or DTCC. The GL imposed on PRPM had nothing to do Vakser or Luther. It ALL has to do with the Delaney Equity Group and their dubious share dealings with ex-PRPM owners.

Luther is trying to repair that...JMHO
