He only sold some recently-bought shares, evidently still holding his vast core position. He seems to think, without giving any evidence, that the sale to Midwestern is a done deal.

Chen doesn't seem to have read the fine print about other possibilities-- a subject that has been discussed at length by the dozens of posters over at IV (InvestorVillage.com), where the most extensive discussion of Mart occurs on a daily basis.....
