epglholder, EPGL can say anything they want about share reduction on the 3rd Quarter "financial" report posted at OTCMarkets due in May because it cannot be independently verified by anyone that shares have been reduced. OTCMarket "filings" leave everyone guessing regarding EPGL revenues, no employee salaries documented, millions in consultant fees paid in cash to unknown parties, etc.
EPGL has not mentioned SEC filings since who knows how long when they were supposed to be ready and submitted by now; many times.
I have always said that SEC filings could never be submitted because of the 15-12G filing and it has been a string-along ploy by EPGL since 2012.
