Soooo...you are saying that $EPGL's Beneficial Shareholders Michael Hayes and AJW Partners (under management by COURT APPOINTED PricewaterhouseCoopers or PwC) would knowingly lie on the publically released $EPGL OTC financials about whether or not they retired any of their $EPGL shares in the previous months???

Coopers (the Parties) have confirmed to the
Company that they have agreed to a structure for
on-going share retirement, independent of the
Company.
