these secondary offerings are always priced at a discount, and most likely they priced this out a week or two ago..

If that's the case I don't think we need to worry about today's price. THey priced it At the market as of two weeks ago. It's not a bad idea for SLTD to raise some cash quickly (if they put it to good use, that is)
