Tim - these secondary offerings are always priced at a discount, and most likely they priced this out a week or two ago..SLTD is not APPL or SPWR yet...one it has that name recognition then the financing terms will be much better...be thankful the financing was not conv debt....

Most likely there could be an initial drop, but usually the stock prices stabilize and or go higher a few days after the secondary has been announced...
