I forgive you but your math doesn't make sense. Not sure what you are trying to get at.

But if there is no RS, all AS will likely be issued sometime this year.

The real problem is that this stock is not attractive to investors. Too bloated. The RS is completely necessary and this company will emerge victoriously only if the company actually give us some positive news releases after the split. If the company continues to be quiet, then the pps will sink again.
