Sorry, it's 2:45am here (insomnia sucks) but from today's pre14a:
Issues of note, the number of issued shares (1,510,950,321), now the Q3:14 10Q listed the OS as 1,298,537,547. So between the end of Q3 and today NPHC issued 212,412,774 shares.
Current authorized but unissued: 489,049,679 divided by 212,412,774 = 2.3
2.3 !!!
Is it possible that without this reverse split (of issued and outstanding but NOT authorized shares) Rik could run out of shares to paper over his losses with before the end of this year?
