I'd be curious to know how many of the shares that are held by CMKX shareholders were purchased before the price rise in 2004. There's been a rumor from out west for a while, that the shares purchased before the run could have some value. There's a battle going on between two groups of CMKX insiders over something which seems to concern the time period before the pump and dump.
""we know for a fact"". You could NOT supply a link and you know it. It's ALL conjecture. If they had a case they would have sprung it by now. No .. it's a bunch of guys with live matches milling around the fuse that will ignite a HUGE scandal. Or a bunch walking by the graveyard at 2 in the morning trying to whistle. Or a big skating party on thin ice. They may have the big stick but they are treading lightly right now.
