Of course it is not good enough by our standards - ERHE behaves small African outfit learning their way.

JDUBs' evidence shows at least that they are now headed in the right direction on communicating with us stockholders.

Well, I never sent an email and only ever spoke with Jane. Did you not get a reply to an email?

I appreciate these boards and sharing information. Bottom line is any of us could have written before we did. Maybe I would have been told the same thing. Who knows? Point is I chose to let someone else do my DD and it cost me sleepless nights. I know better. I was lazy. PR firms do not grow on trees and I appreciate it takes time (and possibly partner's input also) to get the right one. I won't bash anyone who does their own DD and for whatever reason does not share. I just appreciate the ones who do. If I get lazy and don't follow up, got no one to lay blame on but me.

It's not at all appropriate in my book. In fact, it smacks of Martha Stewart. (Not jdubs part in it, but erhe's) And I had another question when I saw the email: Why is it okay to release it TODAY? What has changed since 4-28? Have Mr. B's friends now had their chance to buy in on the cheap? Looks like B tried to cover himself from giving insider info by requesting that jdubs sit on it (assuming jdubs has not traded on it), but why not instruct Jane to have it posted on the website for everyone? That wouldn't take time out of his busy schedule. Had I been a seller on this drop I'd be po'd big time.

I posted my reply as soon as I saw it. When I saw jdubs post I checked my email and saw the reply from W.B. But I agree, I don't like it one bit when somebody withholds information like that.
