I like jdubs so I'm not faulting him, in fact, KUDOS to him for doing it and sharing. But consider this...

He and apparently at least a few others have had private communications from the company while the other 2397 shareholders have been twisting in the wind wondering WTF is going on.

Is that an appropriate company activity?
