Understanding how CEO's operate and their credibility, etc., is usually REFLECTED by the PPS of their company(s). I would say that holds TRUE for Tony/USEI as well. How long do you think it will take for the investment community to take this to .0001?
Obviously USEI leaves much to be desired here. Tony apparently can't keep a business out of bankruptcy long enough to turn a PROFIT for his shareholders as he has now shown over and over.
Tony has " played " the system with his FLUFFY " bait and switch " PR's, dropped several " big player " names in the BIO field ( which could get Tony in a huge liable suit ) and basically followed through with anything he has flatly stated he was going to do......especially for 2014 and now obviously 2015 as well.
If some of the statements YOU have previously made were even close to being true, Tony would have been arrested and convicted by the SEC.......JMHO! In the " pinks " a CEO can basically get away with MURDER, CON the shareholders, etc.....BUT when it comes to financial filings, lying to sell shares, etc, the SEC WILL STEP IN. It may take TWO or more years but ultimately, they WILL get involved.
I fully understand HOW the market(s) are manipulated and YES, even back in 1974 when I started trading using ARPANET/Telenet via a 300 baud modem dialup for my stock DD, etc.!!! Not only do CEO's and their management MANIPULATE the markets/shareholders/investors but so do the market makers and for quite some time the message boards and their providers as well!
IHub management is a perfect EXAMPLE of that as well. Another reason as to WHY I do NOT nor will I EVER support ( pay money ) for a service from a provider that is or HAS BEEN underhanded in their operations.
I have been very lucky with my PINK trading over the years. Sure everyone LOSES due to GREED once in a while but if one knows WHEN to DUMP it back to these crooks, you CAN win and YES, timing is everything.
Once again I ask......WHERE IS YOUR PROOF as to Tony not actually being involved in the BIO industry??? I have yet to see it OR any links to it!!!
