OLin, this company has no balance sheet. It is technically and legally insolvent. If they do not sell 20-25 million shares this month then they will have no cash. Their revenue is immaterial and lets not forget the $12 million in debt and the +$35 million in cumulative losses and 3 reverse splits.
Right now, 2 weeks after the last split, the company stock is bouncing around between 80-90% down...ALREADY. This is not a real company or a real business. and no matter what happens with the stock, shareholders will never get anything out of this company. I believe they are a few weeks from being back in triple 0's which would have to be some kind of record
