I do not believe that, but If that is true, then they had better get on the communications to investors. We have all told them what they need to do to get more yes's which includes supporting PPS with PR's and further guidance.

And this is why it would be potential suicide, imo, to hold any shares through the vote. I'll be 100% cash without a doubt by Friday. Sure, you may miss some upside if all things come together with the vote/any news but if everything is that good, there will be so much upside potential that getting in a few cents higher isn't that big of a deal.. I'd rather take the risk of losing a bit of upside.. If I'm out and things go wrong, I'll get the chance to buy back in much lower..
