I told Phil that if he wants more YES votes then communicate with shareholders. I am not sure they like being held hostage to us shareholders. I expected a PR Today which never came. I am disappointed but the week isnt over yet.
Nor do I. Not something Phil would or could share even if true. Only 15% holding out. A default on the current note followed immediately by a new note with the same or different holder is far more likely IMO. It's even possible that the 15% holdout is fully satisfied as we speak. Remains to be seen...could be a bigger game in play IMO.
