The reason I asked was because of your inside experience, and to find out if you think this particular BK could be subject to special inside considerations given the evident absolutely corrupt nature and methods in which this whole scheme unfolded? I ask this given the belief by many here that what we received was far, far from F&R, who as a result sincerely feel there has to more to "this" version of F&R than merely shares in WMIH that are expected to increase in value organically over time. Clearly, given what transpired here, anyone who had stock in anything WMI related prior to the theft got hosed...and not with a garden hose, more like the biggest hose on the fire truck that Jamie showed up in on that crooked Thursday night. I'm pretty sure it was a hook & ladder truck and yep, Sheila driving the back of the truck. It took BOTH of them to pull this off.tia
Also, on a side note do you see any hope for the DIMES that got the same hosing?
