STOA shareholders are interested in 11/19/2014 forward. That is when Suen took over as acting ceo. We don't care about convertibles that lingered under Wang's watch. Wang is not here anymore, even though he was a total jackass

Yes. Ten minutes' DD will confirm that he was as complicit in the past history of STOA as his "predecessors"

Let's see it. let's see you10min of DD that shows Brent has been recent STOA corporate officer and was involved in recent corporate actions- other than when he took over as CEO for STOA recently.

I did find some info that the new CEO in 2009 was involved with this company when it was Sinobiomed. If this is all that is out there it is quite a stretch to say Brent has been actively involved in STOA - (until recently when he took over as CEO)



Just FYI. From my DD. The CEO worked for this company when it was Sinobiomed. Please see SEC filing from Feb 24, 2009 below. It does not say how long he worked there. Not saying its good or bad but just a fact. If this info has already been posted please forgive me. I think its important to know for investors. Verify at otcmarkets.com.
