A better scale model (dry ice = hilarious) might involve controlling the air at the top of the tower (how high? 50 feet? 100?) and inject an air and water vapor mixture cooled to the projected temperature and see what happens.
It's all for nothing though. SWET's numbers, if they actually have any, do not add up.
And thinking back, concerning this 4 pages of formulas (logical fallacy there is "appeal to authority") I'd be curious to hear SWET's "4 pages of calculations" theorists, explain what Albert Einstein was using back in day.
