They transferred all the assets from AMD to IDNG and kicked rotelli out. That's the power struggle they are referring to. Rotelli was the one kicking and screaming on the way out the door. If you ever watched Wall Street the movie gecko sold all the valuable assets and 86 the rest of the company. That's what's just happened not a merger. Just moved the money making to IDNG and going to 86 AMD
